Hospital Life

We are so excited that we got to bring Walker home on Monday, Sept. 29. He was almost exactly 5 days old when we left the hospital and introduced him to his new home. So we had to share a few of the adorable hospital photos. While we were there recovering and waiting to hear the great news that Walker was healthy and ready to go, we were truly blessed to have such amazing family and friends to take care of us. We can't thank you all enough for all of the love, support and prayers. We could not have made it through without you!


This is Walker's first time wearing clothes! We were thrilled when they told us we could put his own clothes on him. He looked so cute in his safari print pjs.


Even when he was just a couple days old, Walker already loved to hold Daddy's hand. He has quite a strong grip!

Here is dad's first time getting peed on! He didn't realize it until he put Walker back down in his bed. It's already happened once since we got home as well. I'm sure there are many other times to come!

Walker is already a Jacksonville Jags fan! His Uncle Kyle gave him two cute Jags onesies, so we decided he should sport one while his dad and papa watched the game from the hospital waiting room.
